Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions over SmartCM to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure configuration consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and optimize automation workflows and algorithms.
Continuously enhance existing automation algorithms to improve performance and reliability.

Deliver technical presentations and demos of SmartCM, showcasing its full capabilities.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how SmartCM automation addresses their needs.
Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, building customized automation workflows to highlight the products value proposition.

Define and deliver customer solutions using SmartCM, with a focus on automation-driven efficiency.
Support the business rules definition process by implementing automated rules for compliance, auditing, and configuration validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal and customer teams.
Provide guidance on best practices for automating telecom configuration management processes.

Contribute to the definition of new SmartCM features, particularly focusing on automation capabilities.
Collaborate with the product development team to validate and test enhancements.
Share customer feedback and industry insights to help shape the product roadmap.

Key Skills

Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python or similar languages for automating configuration management tasks.
Optimization Expertise: Hands-on experience in network optimization with strong analytical skills.
5G & 4G Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of 5G architecture, protocols, and configuration management, with solid experience in 4G networks.
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, technologies, and multi-vendor environments.
Presentation & Communication: Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and effectively engage with customers.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Postgraduate degree preferred).
8-10 years of experience in telecom network configuration management or network optimization.
Strong expertise in 4G and 5G networks, with a particular emphasis on 5G technologies.
Strong scripting skills in Python (or similar languages) for building automation solutions.
