By capturing and analyzing the quality of network services through end-user devices, ASSET-CX identifies poorly performing parts of the network and tracks critical KPIs like network coverage, throughput, latency, packet loss and jitter, along with radio signal strength & quality. It can also detect when users are on a mobile (home and roaming) or Wi-Fi network and analyze the quality of network handovers.
ASSET-CX also provides customizable analytics and reporting, with dashboards and statistical trend alerts to highlight network issues in near real-time.
