Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business that didn’t compromise its values. Nearly thirty years later, Atul oversees a global organization focused on improving business and network operations for the world’s leading telecom providers.

He has done this by acquiring and integrating innovative solution companies under the Aircom brand and fostered a culture of innovation and growth. As a result, Aircom today offers a diverse set of cutting-edge solutions to mobile operators globally.

Avi Goldstein

President & Chief Financial Officer

Avi Goldstein joined TEOCO in October 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and also heads up our Service Assurance business. Prior to joining TEOCO, Avi co-founded several start-up companies as well providing consulting services in the telecom arena with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Avi also served as an Executive Vice President and CFO of ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), from its establishment until 2005. He also led ECtel to a successful IPO as well as private placements and M&A activities.

ROB ROY

Rob Roy

Executive Vice President Innovation

Dr. Rob Roy, a well-recognized entrepreneur in the fields of wireless and VLSI system design, joined TEOCO in February 2012. Prior to joining TEOCO, he was Chief of Business Development at Atrenta, a leader in EDA software, and before that a VP of Business Development at SAI Technology.

Rob was a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Strategist at Mobilian Corporation, an advanced wireless connectivity company that was acquired by Intel Corporation in 2003. In addition, he has held engineering and management positions at Intel and NEC. Rob, who currently holds 15 patents, is also the author of numerous articles published in referred journals.

Kaustav Sengupta

Kaustav Sengupta

Senior Vice President Sales & Delivery

Kaustav has over 34 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and joined TEOCO in March 2015. He is a Senior Vice President at Aircom, managing the RAN line of business, which includes Sales, PreSales and Delivery globally.

Prior to joining TEOCO Kaustav was the VP of Global Delivery and Pre-Sales at InfoVista. Earlier to that he was the Head of Sales, Strategy Planning & Pre-Sales for Tata Consultancy Services’ Telecom Practice in North America. Kaustav also held leadership positions at Telarix, Tech Mahindra and UshaComm.
Kaustav earned his MS degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University. He is married with two children and is a resident on Northern Virginia.

Khurram Chaudhry

Khurram Chaudhry

Vice President Product Management & Engineering

Khurram joined TEOCO in 2016 and has held various roles in RAN Solutions & Strategy in TEOCO’s North America and Middle East regions. In 2023, Khurram transitioned to RAN Products.

Prior to TEOCO, Khurram’s roles included CTO Americas for Metricell, SON Product owner & Service Delivery manager at Celcite Management solutions (acquired by Amdocs) and various RAN engineering roles at T-Mobile.

Khurram has 18 years of experience in telecommunications. He earned his Masters in Telecommunications from École nationale supérieure des télécommunications, France and his MBA in Strategy from Warwick Business School, UK.

As VeriSign’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, Robert Korzeniewski was responsible for providing a consistent strategy and focus for investments and merger-and-acquisition activity.

Roberts was CFO of Network Solutions, Inc., from 1996 to 2000. He went to Network Solutions from SAIC, where from 1987 to 1996, he held a variety of senior financial positions.

John Devolites

Director

John Devolites is Vice President of Data Services at Neustar. Prior to this he was the Vice President & General Manager at TEOCO focusing on solutions for the communications service provider industry. Previously, John served as President of Professional Services for Telcordia.

His other work experiences include executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, E-Commerce Industries, Andersen, American Management Systems (AMS), Alexander Proudfoot PLC, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS).

Philip Giuntini joined TEOCO in February 2000 as President & Vice Chairman, bringing more than thirty years of experience in the consulting and information systems industry to the company.

Prior to joining TEOCO, Philip was President and a Board Member of American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), a $1B international business and information technology consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.

Boris Nemsic is Chairman of the Board at Delta Partners. Prior to this he was CEO of VimpelCom, the second largest Russian integrated telecom operator with over 65 million customers. He has also held the position of CEO within a number of high-profile organisations including: VimpelCom OJSC, Telekom Austria Group and Mobilkom Austria (now A1 Telekom Austria).

Before his appointment as CEO of Telekom Austria Group, he transformed its wireless division – Mobilkom Austria – into one of Europe’s leading mobile operator groups in eight countries across the CEE region. He was named one of Europe’s top five telecom CEOs by Institutional Investor in 2007.He is an Industry Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Partners LLP as well as being a Board member and Chairman in several ambitious high-tech companies, as well as founding member of the aaia – Austrian Angel Investor Association.

Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business model, not just a successful business. His goal was to build a company that did not compromise its values. Prior to starting TEOCO, Atul was with a Silicon Valley firm TIBCO for seven years.

At TIBCO, his focus was to work with Fortune 500 clients to design and build state-of-the-art software solutions leveraging the company’s trademark TIB platform.

Chuck Privitera

Vice President

Chuck has been leading software development teams worldwide for well over 30 years. He joined TEOCO as part of the Vibrant Solutions acquisition in October 2006; and has served as Vice President of Engineering for the past 15 years.Prior to joining TEOCO, he co-founded InformationView (re-launched as Vibrant Solutions in May, 2001), where he lead Engineering teams developing Cost and Revenue Management products for 15 years.

Prior to co-founding InformationView, Chuck held a variety of software development positions at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Computer Consoles Incorporated (CCI). At CSC, Chuck was a key contributor to early commercial releases of TUXEDO; and at CCI, he led development teams working on directory assistance and 911 product lines. Chuck earned his BS degree in Computer Science from SUNY Brockport.

Dimitris Derkins

Dimitris has over 30 years of experience creating and delivering solutions for operators to design and optimise mobile communications networks. He is currently serving as a VP of Technology and Configuration Management. He has strong interest in identifying and maturing innovative solutions internally and externally to support the evolving needs of operators.

He been working with operators as well as academic and industrial partners to create stronger solutions and capabilities for TEOCO. He has been a proponent of 5G and its benefits serving as a member of the Strategic Board of the 5G/6G Innovation centre and the 5GUK Hub. Prior to TEOCO Dimitris held various roles in Aircom International, including Solutions Director in leading the solution development and delivery and as product director creating the Optimization solution.
Holds a PHD and MSc in Telecommunications from the University of Bradford and an MBA from Henley University.

Yoganandha Naidoo

Yogan Naidoo, is a seasoned individual with more than 25 years exposure in the mobile and telecoms industry. Prior to joining TEOCO, held many senior positions at Marconi and Ericsson. While at Ericsson, chaired a Telecom Forum (voluntary) for 5years at ICASA (ICASA is a regulatory and standards institute in South Africa). Was also a member of Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and a member to the South Africa Institute of Engineers.Joined TEOCO in 2019 as Vice President Sales for Africa Region, based in South Africa, Johannesburg.

In extension to the VP Sales role at TEOCO, provided leadership and headed-up the TEOCO South African office as Managing Director for Aircom Africa. In conjunction to grow and secure TEOCO business in South Africa, spear-headed TEOCO’s BBBEE compliance and rating to a level 2 status.
Yogan holds two masters degrees: Master’s in Engineering (Telecoms and Informatics) degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa.

Clare Lloyd

Vice President

Clare joined TEOCO as part of the aircom International acquisition in 2013. At point of acquisition Clare was Global Head of HR working from their Singapore office having significantly expanded operations in the APAC region. She returned to the UK to focus predominantly on managing EMEA and APAC HR Operations, and at the start of 2023 took on the role of VP of Global HR.

Clare began her HR journey in 2000 quickly rising through the ranks, working in a variety of different industries including tourism, media, and oil & gas before joining AIRCOM in 2007.
MCIPD Qualified, Clare is responsible for delivering the People Strategy that supports the overall success of TEOCO and creates a workplace that allows our Employee Owners to thrive and deliver the Corporate Strategy.
