TEOCO Corporation
Atul Jain founded TEOCO in 1995 and is supported globally by a strong Board, Executive Management and Senior Management Teams.

Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business model, not just a successful business. His goal was to build a company that did not compromise its values. Prior to starting TEOCO, Atul was with a Silicon Valley firm TIBCO for seven years. At TIBCO, his focus was to work with Fortune 500 clients to design and build state-of-the-art software solutions leveraging the company’s trademark TIB platform.

Avi Goldstein joined TEOCO in October 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining TEOCO, Avi co-founded several start-up companies as well providing consulting services in the telecom arena with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Avi also served as an Executive Vice President and CFO of ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), from its establishment until 2005. He also led ECtel to a successful IPO as well as private placements and M&A activities.
Aircom Team

Khurram Chaudhry servers as the General Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Aircom, where he leads product strategy, technology direction, and overall business performance.
Khurram joined TEOCO in 2016 and has held a series of leadership roles spanning RAN Solutions & Strategy across North America and the Middle East, before taking on responsibility for the RAN product portfolio in 2023. His career combines deep engineering roots with commercial and strategic leadership: prior to TEOCO, he served as CTO Americas at Metricell, led SON product development and service delivery at Celcite Management Solutions (acquired by Amdocs), and held various RAN engineering roles at T-Mobile.
With nearly two decades in telecommunications, Khurram brings a blend of hands-on network expertise and product vision. He holds a Master’s in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris, France (École nationale supérieure des télécommunications) and an MBA in Strategy from Warwick Business School, UK

Kaustav has over 34 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and joined TEOCO in March 2015. He is a Senior Vice President at Aircom, managing the RAN line of business, which includes Sales, PreSales and Delivery globally.
Prior to joining TEOCO Kaustav was the VP of Global Delivery and Pre-Sales at InfoVista. Earlier to that he was the Head of Sales, Strategy Planning & Pre-Sales for Tata Consultancy Services’ Telecom Practice in North America. Kaustav also held leadership positions at Telarix, Tech Mahindra and UshaComm.
Kaustav earned his MS degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University. He is married with two children and is a resident on Northern Virginia.

Dimitris has over 30 years of experience creating and delivering solutions for operators to design and optimise mobile communications networks. He is currently serving as a VP of Technology and Configuration Management. He has strong interest in identifying and maturing innovative solutions internally and externally to support the evolving needs of operators.
He been working with operators as well as academic and industrial partners to create stronger solutions and capabilities for TEOCO. He has been a proponent of 5G and its benefits serving as a member of the Strategic Board of the 5G/6G Innovation centre and the 5GUK Hub.
Prior to TEOCO Dimitris held various roles in Aircom International, including Solutions Director in leading the solution development and delivery and as product director creating the Optimization solution.
Holds a PHD and MSc in Telecommunications from the University of Bradford and an MBA from Henley University.

David Usher has extensive experience in financial management within the telecommunications industry and has held senior finance leadership roles with Aircom across multiple international markets. He currently serves as Regional Finance Director, with responsibility spanning the Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and CALA regions.
Throughout his career with Aircom, David has supported the business across a broad range of financial and commercial activities, working closely with regional and corporate leadership teams. His experience combines financial management with an in-depth understanding of the operational and commercial requirements of an international telecom software business.
David is CIMA qualified and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy.

Clare joined TEOCO as part of the aircom International acquisition in 2013. At point of acquisition Clare was Global Head of HR working from their Singapore office having significantly expanded operations in the APAC region. She returned to the UK to focus predominantly on managing EMEA and APAC HR Operations, and at the start of 2023 took on the role of VP of Global HR.
Clare began her HR journey in 2000 quickly rising through the ranks, working in a variety of different industries including tourism, media, and oil & gas before joining AIRCOM in 2007.
MCIPD Qualified, Clare is responsible for delivering the People Strategy that supports the overall success of TEOCO and creates a workplace that allows our Employee Owners to thrive and deliver the Corporate Strategy.

Yogan Naidoo, is a seasoned individual with more than 25 years exposure in the mobile and telecoms industry. Prior to joining TEOCO, held many senior positions at Marconi and Ericsson. While at Ericsson, chaired a Telecom Forum (voluntary) for 5 years at ICASA (ICASA is a regulatory and standards institute in South Africa). Was also a member of Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and a member to the South Africa Institute of Engineers.Joined TEOCO in 2019 as Vice President Sales for Africa Region, based in South Africa, Johannesburg.
In extension to the VP Sales role at TEOCO, provided leadership and headed-up the TEOCO South African office as Managing Director for Aircom Africa. In conjunction to grow and secure TEOCO business in South Africa, spear-headed TEOCO’s BBBEE compliance and rating to a level 2 status.
Yogan holds two masters degrees: Master’s in Engineering (Telecoms and Informatics) degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa.

Rajarshi Chatterjee is a technology and customer delivery leader with extensive experience in helping organizations translate technology into sustained business and operational value.
At Aircom, Rajarshi leads the implementation and support of the company’s RAN solutions, working closely with operators to maximize value from their technology investments. He is a strong advocate for helping customers turn network data into actionable insights and adopt AI and machine learning in day-to-day operations.
Before joining Aircom, Rajarshi spent six years building his own EdTech venture. Earlier in his career, he led global delivery for technology services companies in the US and Europe, giving him a broad perspective spanning technology, entrepreneurship, service delivery and customer engagement.
Rajarshi holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, India.

Taru Agarwal is a B2B brand storyteller. Having worked on both sides of the story—as a technology journalist and communicator, and as an entrepreneur and business leader—she brings a distinctive perspective on the intersection of brand, business strategy, innovation and growth.
At Aircom, Taru articulates the company’s role in shaping the next generation of intelligent radio access networks, translating complex innovation into compelling narratives for a global audience.
Prior to joining Aircom, Taru worked with Business Wire India—Berkshire Hathaway’s licensed brand in India; Hill+Knowlton Strategies, part of WPP; and CyberMedia, India’s first technology media house.
She is an alumna of IIM Calcutta and Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.
