Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business that didn’t compromise its values. Nearly thirty years later, Atul oversees a global organization focused on improving business and network operations for the world’s leading telecom providers.
He has done this by acquiring and integrating innovative solution companies under the aircom brand and fostered a culture of innovation and growth. As a result, aircom today offers a diverse set of cutting-edge solutions to mobile operators globally.
Executive management team
Avi Goldstein joined TEOCO in October 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and also heads up our Service Assurance business. Prior to joining TEOCO, Avi co-founded several start-up companies as well providing consulting services in the telecom arena with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Rob Roy, a well-recognized entrepreneur in the fields of wireless and VLSI system design, joined TEOCO in February 2012. Prior to joining TEOCO, he was Chief of Business Development at Atrenta, a leader in EDA software, and before that a VP of Business Development at SAI Technology.
Kaustav earned his MS degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University. He is married with two children and is a resident on Northern Virginia.
Khurram has 18 years of experience in telecommunications. Khurram earned his Masters in Telecommunications from École nationale supérieure des télécommunications, France and his MBA in Strategy from Warwick Business School, UK.
Board of directors
Boris Nemsic is Chairman of the Board at Delta Partners. Prior to this he was CEO of VimpelCom, the second largest Russian integrated telecom operator with over 65 million customers. He has also held the position of CEO within a number of high-profile organisations including: VimpelCom OJSC, Telekom Austria Group and Mobilkom Austria (now A1 Telekom Austria).
Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business model, not just a successful business. His goal was to build a company that did not compromise its values. Prior to starting TEOCO, Atul was with a Silicon Valley firm TIBCO for seven years.
Senior Management
Dr Thomas Neubauer was the founder and Managing Director of Symena, acquired by aircom in April 2012. Aircom was subsequently acquired by TEOCO in December 2013. Thomas has more than eleven years of experience with automatic cell planning (ACP) and mathematical optimization.
His experience has been applied to GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, WiMAX and LTE network design and operations.
Chuck has been leading software development teams worldwide for well over 30 years. He joined TEOCO as part of the Vibrant Solutions acquisition in October 2006; and has served as Vice President of Engineering for the past 15 years.Prior to joining TEOCO, he co-founded InformationView (re-launched as Vibrant Solutions in May, 2001), where he lead Engineering teams developing Cost and Revenue Management products for 15 years.
Jugad has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and had joined aircom in September 2013, before the acquisition of aircom by TEOCO. From managing Sales and Business Development in South Asia, he currently is responsible for the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions for Sales since 2021.
Dimitris has over 30 years of experience creating and delivering solutions for operators to design and optimise mobile communications networks. He is currently serving as a VP of Technology and Configuration Management. He has strong interest in identifying and maturing innovative solutions internally and externally to support the evolving needs of operators.
Holds a PHD and MSc in Telecommunications from the University of Bradford and an MBA from Henley University.
Yogan Naidoo, is a seasoned individual with more than 25 years exposure in the mobile and telecoms industry. Prior to joining TEOCO, held many senior positions at Marconi and Ericsson. While at Ericsson, chaired a Telecom Forum (voluntary) for 5years at ICASA (ICASA is a regulatory and standards institute in South Africa). Was also a member of Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and a member to the South Africa Institute of Engineers.Joined TEOCO in 2019 as Vice President Sales for Africa Region, based in South Africa, Johannesburg.
Yogan holds two masters degrees: Master’s in Engineering (Telecoms and Informatics) degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa.
Clare joined TEOCO as part of the aircom International acquisition in 2013. At point of acquisition Clare was Global Head of HR working from their Singapore office having significantly expanded operations in the APAC region. She returned to the UK to focus predominantly on managing EMEA and APAC HR Operations, and at the start of 2023 took on the role of VP of Global HR.
MCIPD Qualified, Clare is responsible for delivering the People Strategy that supports the overall success of TEOCO and creates a workplace that allows our Employee Owners to thrive and deliver the Corporate Strategy.
